We were interested in a property that Power House Reality is representing on Mesa Drive in Oakdale California. We have lived in our home for approximately 12 years and currently like a lot of others have a lot of equity to work with and recently decided to buy a bigger home with the extras we desire rather than spend the money to upgrade to get there.
