Dave is the real deal! He got me and my partner pre approved after a good 1-2 hour conversation where he never asked for any financials until we were ready! Which is a breath of fresh air considering as soon as you contact any lender, they won't give you the time of day until they see financial docs, which I understand but the way Dave worked.
