Dropped off the face of the earth. Post Jenny Leaving, this place is a scam.. DO NOT give them your money. Did not send a qualified written request. No response from the lender or Adella. Now we have foreclosure fees on top of back interest due. This was for a Second Mortgage with Patelco CU. My Father got the mortgage, died. They tried to bill my mother even though they never sought her signature on the original loan documents. (Community property state. Mom & Dad own the property equally).
