Beware: this place will con you and rip you off in as many ways as possible. I was lied to consistently about billing, hours, and guests. Also they continued to charge me once my membership was up.
I love the kickboxing class. It's very fun and also a great workout!!
Spinning class is the bomb. I had a good 2 hr workout. Time to refuel.
Cx class is tough on abs
