Awesome machines that get the job done: Hammer Strength and life fitness. Update(3/2/2026): renovations are excellent. More room for the turf area and kettlebells galore! Thank you for keeping the old Hammer Strength MTS line of equipment.
Fun friendly motivational atmosphere. The gym has a wide variety of equipment. Working with a personal trainer has been a great experience. Custom program with Jess has been focused on understanding the equipment and workout along with working with my ability and goals.
