It's not the cleanest, but they put in a mediocre effort. It's not the most well equipped and equipment offering isn't the most up to date with trends/studies/standards. However, the staff is great, 24/7 access is highly convenient, and it has everything you would need to execute most training programs.

i moved here from central jersey and it's literally 2 minutes away. Able to access gym 24 hours a day which is huge for me. I Started working with Jess one of the trainers and absolutely in love with her. She understands my needs in fitness and as a women and this has been huge for me. Chris is who I first spoke to when Joing the gym and took the time out to ask a little about me and my fitness goals.
