I came from different powerhouse gym, I feel like appropriate suggestion professional matter is to offer a day pass for other members. Instead this guy was so rude he quickly asked me to leave. You’re still under the same name powerhouse offer day pass or sign up for new relocation membership. There’s a better tone of communication that could have been used.
Been a member for 5 years. Very clean gym, friendly staff, quality equipment, and good pricing!
I have been training at this gym for over ten years. I love the atmosphere, and the equipment is very good. Frank is a great guy, very knowledgeable and friendly. Powerhouse gym MH is the best gym around. The members are very polite, and there is a great deal of respect among the members. Good job Frank!! Your gym is the best place to train. Lastly, it is very clean and well maintained. AJ
Feels good to be back at a gym with metal plates! Good equipment (cardio,machines and free weights) and the locker rooms are clean. Owner and staff are nice too.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced the owner frank is rude and disrespectful no care to help customers
