"You're a 57 year old out of shape woman and you are joining POWERHOUSE? Why?" I didn't want to go to a gym where there were mostly other out of shape people No thanks! I wanted to work out and see my inspiration. And it worked. I started with a personal trainer so I'd know what to do there. I highly recommend doing that.
