First time there . Wanted to have a quick workout . There’s this guy his name is Rizzo. He helped me out alot he works at the front desk . Great guy , Great service , attentive and great atmosphere. Will definitely go there again if I’m in the area
Visited Powerhouse in LIC 02/19/25 was welcome by the owner of the gym. Right away she gave a quick run through of the equipment and amenities that the gym provides. This gym is well equipped with Atlantis and Matrix machines. If you know about Atlantis is a top brand in the fitness world. Three machines that stood out the most IMO was the Atlantis pendulum squat, pec/rear delt fly combo, and the pullover (back) machine. I believe the gym has 3 to 4 squat racks, some areas for deadlifting, and good amount of cardio machines.
Visiting out of Town on a work trip. They offered an Amazing week pass for only $50. Great gym. Great Staff. Friendly environment.
