Love this gym. In a great spot in LIC. Great hours, awesome machines. It has a great vibe, if you want a gym to help you do you this is the place. I would be remiss if I did not mention the owner. One of the best people you will ever meet on this little planet of ours. She’s down to earth and goes above and beyond for her members. You don’t find people like her anymore! If you’re in the area and looking for the best gym Powerhouse is it!
I LOVE this gym, as a weightlifter! Just looking at the wide selection of bars for back exercises, this is the dream.
This is my third week going here and I can only say great things about the entire establishment! The staff (the owner plus the front desk staff, I don’t do PT) are wonderful and so helpful. The environment overall is really great and the members are courteous making it really easy to feel comfortable working out here. Just got back home from a trip to NYC , visited this place 3 times and it was great , the staff is helpful and welcoming , great machines , not too crowded. Would highly recommend this place when in the area !
Joined the gym yesterday. It has only been my second day but I am already in love with this gym. Nice and friendly staff and the gym itself feels really at home and the equipments are really clean and well-kept. Definitely recommend.
