This is a real gym. Good machines People go to workout in and out no waste of time. The place is clean smell good.
This gym is top-notch! I come here both to train myself and as an independent trainer. I love the space, the quality of the equipment, and how friendly and helpful the staff is. Deb, the owner, puts a ton of care into her gym, and it shows! I will continue bringing trainees here and training myself at Powerhouse LIC💪
Good equipment at good price
Went here while staying in the area. The staff were really helpful in showing me around and it was a friendly environment to train in. Really good equipment and everything you’d need for a work out.
