Memberships are oversold and the gym is ALWAYS packed as a result. People who come here are the typical gym rats that do 5 sets while recording on a tripod so it’s impossible to get a quick workout in. Bathrooms and lockers are disgusting/moldy, could use some updating. This gym also doesn’t provide any cleaning wipes, only spray bottles and the same dirty towel used by every person on every machine. Great little gym and they sell day and weekly passes. Makes it easy if you’re just visiting for the week.
Provides a favourable workout environment. Always clean and well organised.
well equipped well located gym, the owner Debbi is very friendly and welcoming.
