1-Star Review: Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service – Will Not Return I visited Powerhouse Fitness as a guest, genuinely considering a membership. Do not go here if you want a temporary membership. They told me I could cancel at anytime and lied. I ended in AUGUST. And I have been charged every month since. I’ve had to fight my bank and this gym and finally had to cancel my credit card. Do not go here if you want the ability to end your membership.
Love this gym, nice relaxing workouts, never saw it crowded
