Nom nom nom! Where have you been all my life?! Their freshly prepared grab and go meals are jam-packed with flavor - their turkey burger is so delicious, it was hard to believe I was not eating something I would feel guilty about later!

I have about 2 weeks worth of food to try, my husband surprised me with so much good looking food for my birthday. I'm pretty happy so far, I can't wait to eat everything!
The bakery is a wonderful addition to the non gluten free bakery's in San Antonio.
Nice to have options while out of town without having to plan. Staying on an anti-inflammatory diet is not easy! The chocolate mint muffins are amazing and truly a treat when avoiding not only gluten, but also dairy, and processed sugar. The owner told me all about their offerings. Would highly recommend.
