I lived in a beautiful unit for one year at Powerhouse Apartments and I would return anytime in the future. The place is amazing, perfect location, kind people and the building managers, Phoenix and Losi ,are just the best ones. Lucky for you if you live there too.

Phoenix and Losi do a wonderful job of keeping Powerhouse Apartments clean, tidy and safe. It was a blessing to have them as property managers throughout our tenancy there. They were especially awesome during hard times like COVID and the March 2022 floods. They're always up for a chat and will do whatever is best for their tenants. Rock on!
I lived in this complex for 16 years and found it convenient to parks, restaurants and the city. The manager is always available and the premises are kept clean and tidy.
I rented here for approximately 2 years. Losi and Phoenix were amazing on-site managers. The place was kept clean and tidy at all times, any queries/issues I had were quickly responded to and the building was also really well managed in terms of the changing COVID restrictions. Losi and Phoenix were always so lovely, welcoming and easy to deal with.
