After doing work on my condo building that I was under the impression was supposed to cure external leaks, my unit continued to leak. Toni promised to follow up about the leak but failed to do so. Then he came back to our building many months later, did the repair my unit required on another unit for a new owner who was also left with the impression that Toni had previously cured external leaks; all the while leaving my leak to continue (see photo). Failed to fix roof. Promised to fix problem but never did. Then came back to the same building for a different unit claiming they had.
“Powerfull Construction did my roof and I’m very satisfied with their work. The crew was professional, polite, and finished the job on time. They used quality materials and left the place very clean after the work was done. The price was fair for the quality they delivered.
