Paid for a full vehicle diagnostic for $189.95 along with a $200 oil change that included a fuel filter. Said they would email me diagnostic report and got nothing. They also were suppose to give me quotes on some repairs they said needed to be done. Nada! Nothing! They may do good work but if your not ready to drop a load in the wallet they don’t care about ya! RecommendedBefore spending close to $10k to fix my truck I wanted to shop around and ask around. All I heard was good things from online to people I knew about Powerflo so I went to check. After going in person and speaking with them there I decided to trust Powerflo with the work on my truck. They will not disappoint you. Highly recommended to take your truck here. They know what they are doing and how to take care of their customers.
I went in to get my tie rods replaced and that’s it. They sent me an invoice for over 10k for other things we did not discuss and they thought that it wouldn’t be a problem since you know I’m 19 and have all the money in the world! After that I told them to just fix a couple of the things they recommend and I approved an invoice for 1600 and they called me back saying that it didn’t include parts so they sent me another invoice for 3700. These guys are top notch and communicate well. My truck started throwing all sorts of lights and shifting weird when I was 1 hour away from my place. Had to pull over and got my truck towed to their place around 22:00 after reading some reviews. Dropped my keys in the Dropbox, wrote down everything that happened and they called me first thing in the morning. I have a diesel truck that is notorious for having issues and Powerflo has always been there to get it figured out. At one point before I found Powerflo, I brought my truck to several dealers and diesel mechanic shops around DFW and NO ONE was able to figure out the issue. Finally I found Powerflo and they promised they'd figure it out and get it running again. Well they lived up to their promises and fixed an issue 5 other repair facilities failed to figure out.
