Truly excellent, caring, flexible care. Mom needed stabilization and to get into a new routine after coming out of the hospital and the team at Powered by Love was recommended to us by a few nurses at her hospital. We contacted a few, and what made PbL different was how accessible and communicative they were. Then when we met and went over services, their attitude was, no job was too big or too small--which is great when you're trying to figure things out. It would take several pages to list everything good about this agency. They are so caring and respectful and dependable, every single aide has been amazing. The quality of my father's life, as well as the rest of us, has been life changing since employing Powered by Love. We don't have to worry about his care, because they are attentive to every detail, so we can live our own lives and just enjoy a good relationship with him.
