THESE PEOPLE OWE MY COMPANY MONEY!!! WE CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM, NOR ARE ANY OF THEIR PHONE NUMBERS WORKING. THE LADY WHO CALLED THE WORK ORDER IN WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US. WE HAVE TURNED THEM OVER TO COLLECTIONS, BUT EVEN THEY CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, NOR WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR THEIR ASSOCIATES!!
Office staff and agent are nice, but pretty miserable experience all the same: AC and hot water not working upon move-in, along with mouse feces in the closets. When it came time to get the security deposit back, they apologized for the delay and then 45 days after the end of our lease billed us over 700 dollars, which they took out of the security deposit. Just signed up for a tenant rights clinic and can't recommend renting with them.
