In the beginning, I thought there service was a good thing. Now I am worried if they are a legitimate business or not. I am worried that my clients bank accounts will be copromised. At first I was able to speak to different people. Now, I can't get a hold of anyone except what I thought was the sales guy. I have acquired PoweredBooks for several years now and the more i use their service's, the more im very unhappy with the constant lack of delivering the services and reports that are to be delivered monthly and accurately and to no avail in cooperating with me to stay on top of the simple job of creating a understandable and easy explanation of my banking issues and resolutions in addition to the accurate reports.
