Great gym for serious Lifters and especially power lifters who are looking for a gym where they can really push them selves. This gym actually has everything that you need for some heavy lifting and wants to increase your strength and power. The environment is very awesome. Exact gym. All the equipment you need, available on your time. I bought a day pass online, had the key code in minutes. Arrived 5AM, everything was designed before autonomous use. Highly recommend!
Bottom line up front - this gym is awesome. There is a variety of equipmemt for use that is not normally seen in most commercial gyms. There are various bars for squats, deads, etc. for those who wish to vaey your lifts or those who powerlift. Yo - there are various chains too to get you into the Westside Barbell method.
