Mechanic that came to service my tractor was prompt, polite and very professional. When I asked he explained things to me. He was excellent.
Kyle and crew run the BEST parts department I've ever worked with in the last 50 years!! I live in Illinois and needed a backhoe window (which NOT surprisingly was on backorder from Case) and they had the only window in the U.S. They performed a bigger miracle than Santa Claus getting us this window from New Jersey and in immaculate condition in 2 days. As you can see from the picture they go "the extra mile" to make sure your part arrives unblemished. Thank you again for service above and beyond!!
Shannon, Jeff, Jimmy, and John Jr. are outstanding in the service department. We have a older RTV 900 that was giving us some issues and they were outstanding at diagnosing the problem and providing us with a very cost effective way of getting us back up and running again. Other dealerships would have probably raked us over the coals for the repair but their honesty and integrity really came to light in our situation.
