They do not properly check your form. You can get very hurt. Trainers aren’t certified based on the lack of responses to my emails asking if they were certified. Very little variety in classes, almost the same thing everyday. The music and the screens become nauseating and old. Owner very pushy like a terrible timeshare sales pitch on repeat. Don’t bother. Go to Barry’s for less $$ or Art of Pilates to see Alexis (the only quality instructor here) for much less.
