I purchased 2 drum heaters for my spray foam business. The family and I went on vacation for two weeks, when we came back one of the barrels was bulged. Upon inspection the material was 127°, the drum heater was heating to around 130°. After calling and making them aware they had a replacement blanket out in two days. Upon their inspection they verified there was an issue with the blanket. Couldn't be happier with level of support and price of product.
