The energy at the Guelph studio is unmatched. I've practiced here for 3+ years, and I haven't had a class I didn't enjoy. Kudos to Kristina and her team for creating such a great environment!

Teachers are all great! Always have insightful and motivating things to say during practice. Facility is very clean. Bucks, straps and cleaner are in house for member usage.
This is truly the best Yoga studio! It’s a serene sanctuary to retreat to. No matter which class you take, all the teachers are amazing and you will have an amazing session!
