Teachers are all great! Always have insightful and motivating things to say during practice. Facility is very clean. Bucks, straps and cleaner are in house for member usage.
This is truly the best Yoga studio! It’s a serene sanctuary to retreat to. No matter which class you take, all the teachers are amazing and you will have an amazing session!

The best hot yoga, ever. The studio is always so welcoming and the yoga classes are quite literally the best of anywhere. The owner, Kristina makes such an effort to get to know everyone and is so sweet.
I started with one month intro pass in Jan, I liked the welcoming atmosphere and class options at this studio, instructors are very friendly and inspiring. I decided to keep up my practice here and continue as a member since Feb. It's been a few months, I tried different level classes and different instructors, it has become a habit of visiting the studio as part of my daily life, I do see general improvements in my body flexibility and strength.
