I have been practicing yoga for many years and of all the studios I have been to, this has been my favourite! The studio is spacious and has everything from yoga blocks to weights for whichever class you take. All the instructors are very encouraging, and whether you are a seasoned Yogi or practicing for the first time you will find all the support you need. And the cool cloths at the end of practice are always a nice treat! Love coming to practice here, would absolutely recommend!
What a great studio full of great people. My favourite class is Robina. She’s an amazing yogi and her music is chill. My second favourite is Amanda. Some of the music is too much for me but others seem to like it. I took the 3 hour foundations of flow course with Robina and it was excellent. Genuinely changed my life coming here! From my first phone call with the studio owner, Jess, I knew the studio would have a great vibe, and after going I could not have been more right! I had never done yoga before and wasn’t sure to expect but after my first class a few months ago, I have not stopped going since. I literally recommend this place to all of my friends and family. If you’re looking for a welcoming studio that has options for all levels, as well as strength classes, Power Yoga Barrie is the right choice!
