I work out regularly but never really tried Yoga. A friend of mine recommended Hot Yoga so I decided to give Power Yoga Canada Barrie a try. After 3 weeks I found that this place is Excellent! The staff are super friendly, the facilities are nice and clean and after my first Hot Strength with Weights 60 class this evening, I had to post this review. Love this studio! Instructors are incredible and so kind, I’m so glad I joined.
Power Yoga Canada is such an amazing space! The classes are challenging but accessible and the instructors make everyone feel welcome and supported. Jess has built a wonderful community here. It’s positive, motivating and really feels like a second home. I always leave feeling stronger, calmer and energized. Highly recommend!
