Terrible communication. Called for a concern. Kid that answered the phone obviously didn’t write request appropriately. Never got a phone call to schedule an appointment. Got an email on a Sunday that showing up on Monday . I told through reply email that was only ok if it was when I was home. Guy shows up unannounced on Monday morning. Has stuff taken apart before I can even get outside. I told them to cancel, no response , then the kid that was here took sweet time attempting to diagnose a basic issue. Joe, his sons and crew did an absolutely seamless installation of our 30kw diesel generator. It was a somewhat complicated installation but they were able to complete it in short time with precision and with very little power disturbance. Very impressive. We purchased the used gen from Indiana that was delivered via freight and they accommodated us by having it delivered to their address rather than ours since we didn't have the machinery to receive the product. Impressed all around. Great family business!!!!
