I replaced a door, two bay windows and six regular sized windows. The top section of the window always slides down and frankly I have saved no money this year on utilities. The prooduct is WAY OVERPRICED and I am so sorry that I trusted their sales person. Wish I would have just gome somewhere else. Dont buy from them. They sell hard but are NOT worth it.
