This is the worst service I have ever received. This guy Dave is a crook and a thief. Unprofessional and tactless. He wasn't able to complete the repair of our window. He was trying to install old parts (so called refurbished) and it never work. We asked for a refund, waited 3 days for a response and he effectively stole our money. He will ask for cash or check only. Resist that! He is trying to steal your money after he is unable to fix the window. I would never recommend this guy -not even to an enemy!
