I'm happy I selected the Air Conditioning & Heating and HVAC Duct Cleaning Service firm to clean my air duct. When David first arrived at my property, he thoroughly inspected the dryer vent and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He was kind and competent. The cleaning was fine and the service was okay. There was the standard attempt to sell their package and $500 for a blue light that actually costs $65, but what bothered me was that the tech didn't tell me it could be cheaper with cash and that there was a 4% surplus to pay with any card until it was literally time to pay. He also didn't specify that the 1 extra service I did agree to was $200 on top of the level 1 cleaning so we were surprised by the total as well.
