The cleaning was fine and the service was okay. There was the standard attempt to sell their package and $500 for a blue light that actually costs $65, but what bothered me was that the tech didn't tell me it could be cheaper with cash and that there was a 4% surplus to pay with any card until it was literally time to pay. He also didn't specify that the 1 extra service I did agree to was $200 on top of the level 1 cleaning so we were surprised by the total as well.
