Wow what an absolute amazing experience i had at this business. Bill Wilson specifically but all employees and staff where extremely nice and just looked like a great place to work as well as get things worked on. I brought my trailer in and Bill spent the better part of an entire day making sure everything i had just purchased was working properly. I would like to share my recent experience with Alex Wilson that is employed for power wash store , I am new in building my pressure washing business and have several times called and spoken to Alex Wilson for ordering parts he has been super amazing in helping me out both times I have spoken with him , he strives for 5 customer service , Alex thank you for your professionalism and being patient in helping me out , I will be for sure doing business with you in the future!!
I've been a customer with power washer for over 10 years but since bill has taken over the Milwaukee location customer service has drastically dropped it now takes weeks if not months to get a return phone call from bill or Jessica if a return call at all. Definitely won't be spending anymore money with this company.
I felt sorry for this place after finding out that they are 6 months out from closing their doors. Until the bald "warehouse manager" informed me that he blamed the only 3 minorities who worked their. Yes i said "WORKED" because he informed me that he fired them because his words "Those people are to stupid to walk and chew gum." I WAS FLABBERGASTED!!!!!
This place thinks they are doing you a favor by taking your money and will send you the wrong product 2 months late. Oh yeah and they refuse to give you a refund because they are going out of business.
