Issues inevitably arise with any retail company. How the company resolves them is one important metric of their core quality. One such issue arose with me. No need for boring details but Alex used his experience with common sense and put in the time to make things right while walking the line between the best interest for employer and customer. Well done Alex. I'll continue looking to PWS for purchases and consumable parts for my company because of this experience.
