Self service didn’t work. I used my card and that worked but none of the sprayer settings worked. Foam brush didn’t work. No phone number to call to talk to someone about getting a refund.

Thought I would give this place another chance. I must be a glutton for punishment. Tried to press the red button to stop the timer once I was done washing my truck. The timer just kept on ticking and the water just kept on spraying..... charging my card the whole time. I stood there for another 3 minutes until it finally decided to shut off. Paid $11 for “Silver” touchless car wash and it did not get my truck clean at all. I stopped when it told me to stop and the arm bumped the back of my truck and stopped so it did not even go to the passenger side. Rip off!

It doesn’t rinse all of the soap and stuff off your car and now I noticed a new crack in my paint after using automated touch less car wash... I’m never coming here again
