RAJ ( the technician) was on-time, polite, and very hard working. He politely explained exactly what he was going to do and even showed us before and after pictures of our vents. I couldn't believe how hard RAJ worked and what a difference his work made in the quality of the air in our home. The results are excellent - we can feel the difference in air circulation due to extremely clean vents, we can breathe easier because all the dust has been removed from the vents and we don't have to constantly dust the house. Excellent service. Remi Who was the employee assigned for this job. He said brand new for the job. But the job he done is so excellent. This is my first time with this company Power Vac.. but Thor job satisfaction is very pleasing. Very professional, cleaning the entire area they work around. Will recommend to anyone.
This is our 2nd time to have our duct cleaning with Power Vac. We had one last Apr 21. The technician, Bogdan came right on time (1 PM). He was very friendly, polite, & answered all of my husband's questions. He did a very thorough job, and also provided before & after photos of the duct. Other companies we had dealt with in the past just shrugs if off & gave us some lame excuse when their Ad shows photos, but cannot provide us with any after the job was done. We have used Power Vac a number of times for multiple properties. They always do a great job and we are pleased with their service and quality of work. Hamed was the technician who did the duct cleaning at our property today and he did a great job as usual. He was pleasant, professional and courteous. I definitely recommend Power Vac and will be using them again in the future.
Anwar showed up promptly after the first crew realized we didn't have the proper plug needed for their mobile unit. Anwar was efficient and respectful. He took great before and after picks. He explained that there was a lot of dust on top of the duct work in the utility room and that there would be some clean after he finished. He cleaned up after his work.
