I called, and they were able to make an appointment for the following day. The technician came on time did a thorough job. He showed me before and after photographs of the various ducts. I plan to call Power Vac again in 3 to 5 years to do this again. You know, the air in the house feels cleaner already. Maybe I'm just imagining it.
Hamed was my service technician and did a great job with honesty and sincerity. He thoroughly cleaned all 21 vents at my location on Killarney Rd (London Math Solutions) and also took care of the furnace filters. I had opened the vent covers beforehand, which made it easier for him to access and clean everything properly.
