Wow, can’t say enough about my service today, amazing job!! Craig and his helper were kind, courteous and very informal. They did a fast and very effective job today. Got to see how it looked before and after, what a difference! Thanks again, I’ll recommend this service to anyone who needs it.
PowerVac did an outstanding job! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They walked me through everything they were doing, showed before-and-after photos, and left my ducts spotless. The air quality in my home is noticeably better already. Waste of money. I asked for before pictures many times, no pictures. They cleaned registers with compressed air, sprayed " sanitizer " ( for added cost ) and left...no after pictures ! I bought an endoscope and looked in my ducts myself, still filthy, very poor job cleaning for $460 ! Buy a good vacuum cleaner and a can of lysol and do it yourself ! Save money and you still have a vacuum for your money. I will never use Powervac Thunder Bay ON again.
Just had power vac do our home. Furnace cleaning, air vac cleaning, ducts and vents. They did an incredible job and will be having them back. Friendly staff and great customer service. We would also like to Thank Craig for correcting a misunderstanding.
