Waste of money. I asked for before pictures many times, no pictures. They cleaned registers with compressed air, sprayed " sanitizer " ( for added cost ) and left...no after pictures ! I bought an endoscope and looked in my ducts myself, still filthy, very poor job cleaning for $460 ! Buy a good vacuum cleaner and a can of lysol and do it yourself ! Save money and you still have a vacuum for your money. I will never use Powervac Thunder Bay ON again.
Just had power vac do our home. Furnace cleaning, air vac cleaning, ducts and vents. They did an incredible job and will be having them back. Friendly staff and great customer service. We would also like to Thank Craig for correcting a misunderstanding.
Wow! Fabulous service! Easy to book, and the staff were friendly and polite….plus I learned a lot today. The cleaning was thorough and efficient! Highly, highly recommend. My house feels much cleaner now :D

We moved into a house where the previous tenant had dogs. We were worried to turn on the heat and have all the dog dander and hair come into the house after we had just cleaned everything. The PowerVac team showed up and got straight to work. They were very professional and courteous. They said it looked like the ducts had never been cleaned. So glad we are having this done before using the furnace. Very grateful for their service and for the peace of mind 🙏
