The service was as described and contracted. Volod was courteous and thorough in his work. There was no high pressure up-sell after they got here to do the work and I was happy with the work they did.
I recently had my ducts cleaned Power Vac/National Duct. What a GREAT experience! From the initial phone call to completion they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The technician arrived as scheduled, explained the whole process and kept me informed throughout, showing me before and after pictures. It's not always easy to find companies that combine great customer service with high-quality workmanship, but these folks absolutely delivered! I would highly recommend!
We had Bogdan Mykhaylyk from Power Vac/National Duct clean all of our vents and cold air returns this month (Jan. 2026) Bogdan was thorough and friendly. He showed us all the before and after photos. Even though it was snowy and dirty slush outside, he was careful to keep our indoors clean. While he was here we asked him to include the dryer vent and even though it was not on the invoice, he was really good about adding it to the work. So happy that we did.
