My power rear window would not close. I called Power Up at 1 pm on Saturday, Scott gave me a quote over the phone, arrived at my house within two hours, then 20 minutes later the window was closed. Scott explained the procedure as he worked and was extremely efficient. Thanks!
Great experience. Gave Scott a call, told him my problem. He quoted me a fair price and was at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem (Dodge Grand Caravan, broken power window) within 45 minutes, gave me some maintenance pointers and was on his way. No BS, no upselling or hidden costs. I called and left a message the owner Scott returned my call. He ordered my driver side and passenger side windows with a small deposit. We scheduled an appointment for Sunday, which was super convenient. price seem fair. I would recommend him to any of my friends who need power window repair or anything to do with inside of the door. Very knowledgeable was fast. Scott knows what he is doing.
