Scott answered the phone right away (no automated recordings to wait through) listened to my car issue (my window had gone down and would not close) he offered me two solutions and said he would be there within an hour. He came, fixed my car, and was very professional and pleasant. If you’re in the Tampa Bay Area, he is the person to call. I would definitely call him if I ever need any other assistance.
