My ten year old comes here and trains with Coach Patrick. She really enjoys the challenges and we have seen an improvement when she comes consistently in her soccer career. Thank you Patrick and team!
Great for athletes to get work in and get in shape during the off-season
I started training here September 2023. I decided on the "small group training". I go 3x/week. Pat and Ryan superstars. They hold you accountable and provide a great training program. Put in the work, and you will see results. I have completed 10 classes total (so far) and I feel great. Keep up the great work, Pat and Ryan!!
