Great for athletes to get work in and get in shape during the off-season
I started training here September 2023. I decided on the "small group training". I go 3x/week. Pat and Ryan superstars. They hold you accountable and provide a great training program. Put in the work, and you will see results. I have completed 10 classes total (so far) and I feel great. Keep up the great work, Pat and Ryan!!
Honestly, I am a person that hasn't ever been a gym in my life.... If you're afraid of making that change to weekly exercise, then this in the gym for you! You will be met by a great set of personal trainers (Pat and Ryan) who can meet you at whatever level you are at... Great place to meet your goals and get your fitness on track. The trainers are very personable and knowledgeable, and will build a training regimen for you. The moderate financial commitment is well worth it.
