Mike was a very attentive salesman who took care of me
My initial contact with Mike went well with no pressure. The fact I couldn't trade my old bike extended my process because I had to sell it. Mike checked in weekly and offered ideas for selling it. Gary got involved and when I told them i was purchasing the Indian it was old school with my word holding the bike until I got the down payment in. Highly recommend David at Richardson Sales in Highland, IN. This family-owned small business made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped onto the lot to when we left with our new-to-us Jeep! What an all-around very pleasant experience! David was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He was never pushy or sales-like and got us through the purchase process in record time.
