Very friendly and knowledgeable people, I enjoyed the fact that they were not pushy, went all out to make your experience pleasant. David was a fantastic salesman.
I had the best car buying experience that I have had since I started buying cars. They are truly a dealership that cares about their customers. David, Rico, and the owner take a personal interest in their customers and are very personable. I'm sure that if you're searching for a car you can find something for you at Richardson. They also sell motorcycles.
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience we had purchasing our dream car. I want to give special recognition to David, our salesperson, who was remarkably patient and helpful. Despite our arrival just 20 minutes before closing, he took the time to thoroughly explain all the features before we drove off. When i went to look at a car, i didnt have someone pushing a sale down my neck. He was very helpful, and even allowed me to start up and test drive the vehicle to see if its what i wanted. When i chose it, the car was cleaned very nice, and it even looked freshly painted. Absolutely no bs, he worked with me to recoeve my sale, and it worked out for us both. I had an overall great experience, ill never be going to a big-time dealership again. Thank you Rico and Mike!
I was amazed at how friendly everyone is. I totally trusted them right from the start. Wish I would have went there first.
