This gym has played a major part in my transformation. I recently lost over 80 lbs. and gained incredible strength while working with their excellent trainers. We visited this gym today & it was GREAT!!! Plenty of equipment to choose from & we loved the old school feel to it! The owner was very nice & kept it super clean!! If we visit from TN again we will definitely be back!
Tried out every gym in plant city , and by far none compared to power shop. Great atmosphere. Have everything u need , even if your a serious lifter or not ! I highly recommend joining. No contracts and only $28 per month for 24/7 access.
Great gym, best in town. I love the staff they are very helpful and I have learned a lot about what to do to get my body back in shape. It is now open 24/7. Thanks Milt and Sandy. �
Very very nice staff, plenty of equipment of all kinds, always clean, I love that they now have a 24/7 access, and it's very affordable.
