So today I called Mike as I do once every year, I have never had a problem until today. I had my drain cleaned in August and now it's November. He told me last time I had a 6 month guarantee which his ad contradicts with a 1 year guarantee. He also charged me $150, another thing his ad contradicts @ $99.95. Today I called him because the drain is slow and he told me it was $150, he also said he never told me there was a guarantee yet his van and his Facebook clearly advertise it. used him for a while. His ads say $99.95 but he charges $150.00. it's also says, One year guarantee. FALSE ADVERTISING! We had him come in August and he told my husband he would guarantee it for six months. called today, my husband told him he was here in August and he reminded him of the 6 month guarantee. Mike said he wouldn't honor it and didn't want us as customer's anymore. Unprofessional, and a liar!!
