After their flat roof service, water still pooled everywhere. They avoided responsibility and never returned to fix their terrible mistakes.
Roof and Repair delivered disappointing service. Work was delayed repeatedly, communication was poor, and issues were left unresolved. The repair did not stop the leak and created new damage. Follow-up requests were ignored and cleanup was careless. For the price charged, the quality and professionalism were unacceptable. I would not recommend this company. Overall experience was frustrating and stressful throughout.
They did an outstanding job on my roof repair. The team arrived on time, worked quickly, and explained everything clearly. My roof looks great, and the price was very reasonable.
