I can't say enough good things about Power Restoration of Rockford — especially Ramon. From the first call, he was responsive, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He kept us informed every step of the way, showed up when he said he would, and handled the work with real care for the building and the people in it. When you're dealing with a restoration issue, you need someone you can trust to take it off your plate, and Ramon did exactly that. Highly recommend Power Restoration, and ask for Ramon!

One of the best I have ever had to get work done. Kind, compassionate, and very reasonable.

There’s not much to say about Ramon other than he is the person to call if you have any issues. Quick and reliable, He’s always willing to send you updates and keep you informed about the process. Can’t recommend him enough
