Quick, dependable thermostat install.
I was really impressed when the guy diagnosed the problem (faulty blower motor) in 30 minutes after a tedious experience with another firm. He had the new part in stock and did the repair in just under two hours, with a marked improvement in airflow over last summer’s.
No problems installing the thermostat.
Very satisfied with the level of communication and excellent customer support.
The HVAC technicians coordinated well with building management, and despite the complexity of accessing shared ducts in a condo, they completed the repair in about two hours, which felt appropriate for the task. They methodically fixed the misaligned vent covers and ensured the airflow was properly restored before leaving.
