The HVAC technicians coordinated well with building management, and despite the complexity of accessing shared ducts in a condo, they completed the repair in about two hours, which felt appropriate for the task. They methodically fixed the misaligned vent covers and ensured the airflow was properly restored before leaving.
Installed quickly, works perfectly now.
The issue turned out to be a clogged filter, which was causing the heating system to lag, and they resolved it by replacing the filter and cleaning out the ducts within an hour. Compared to last year's visit from another company that took much longer and didn't address the hidden duct blockage, I appreciated their thoroughness and efficiency this time.
