I was in the market for a liquor store for a while but had no luck until I met jack and his associates, very professional people they made the process so smooth with many listings to choose from and they also helped me with the loan, I highly recommend them.
Beware!!! Jack Oh is very unethical along with his female Agent barozah, they are very unethical and don’t make the mistake I did of trying to do business with them.

JUNK EMAIL SPAMMERS! These people put me on a junk e-mail list right before the close of business on a Friday and bombarded me with eight emails in 48 hours, peddling a series of restaurants and liquor stores that I have absolutely no interest in. I've never done business with these people before, and they have no reason to believe I'd be looking to take some restaurant off their hands.
Agent not helpful or responsive at all...
