Have some questions on authenticity of bosch injectors I bought. Parts guy that answered only said "we've never had a problem with counterfeits before" with his only solution being to "send them back" read reviews, seen ben was pretty apt to responding with his extension number. Tried to call him to figure this out, but theres no option to dial an extension when I call. So if you see this ben, I'd like to chat.
Do NOT expect anything like 'customer service' from these folks. When they say "No Salesman, just enthusiasts" they quite literally mean this. No one answers the phone... or timely on the chat feature on their website. (My average wait time between question and answer was over 5 minutes.) Welcome to the new age of internet sales. Customer are a pain, so we eliminated that aspect of our business.
