I contacted them on 4/7/22 and requested a mechanic. They sent out Bradley Byrd. He gave us the run around all week. We even sent him money to get a part and he still hasn't refunded our money. I in return reached out to the company. They stated he is an independent contractor. So we don't have any control over what he does. What company would say they went They are in control of who they dispatch. Then she hung up. I will report them to Bbb , and Ag due to how they handle business
