Julian showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He explained my options for solving the issue. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and polite.
Absolutely fantastic. I called and within a few hours, Julian was there and ready to fix the issue. Our AC water line had backed up and when he fixed it we resdiscovered an issue with our shower drain. He jumped in and fixed that immediately too. The shower had been bothering us for a while but we were forced to throw in the towel and call for help once that AC line started spewing water. So glad we did call.
