Nicholas came out to unclog our toilet. He explained his plan of action & it resolved the issue. Also made us aware of hairline crack in toilet bowl & told us if Landlord did not fix it, he could be sent back out & fix. He was very nice.
Guy was superb. Trustworthy. Know the terrain and traffic. Ontime. Communication is realtine. Fix took 10, minutes and we conversed while time. This plumbing crew is so great. Call them in an instant
