Many reasons to avoid. I had to wait six weeks for an appointment, and pay a deposit when I booked it. Cancelled the day before due to an emergency. No other doctor, no referral option, no idea whether they could reschedule or not. They said I could “wait until they start booking appointments in again.” Very disappointed with the customer service, as this is supposedly one of the best private clinics in the area.
I had labiaplasty surgery here. If you're considering making this life-changing decision and want someone with experience, I highly recommend Dr. Power! Her team is wonderful and extremely professional. Toronto is lucky to have them <3
