My muffler on my Jeep was making a horrible sound. Part of the muffler had been corroded through. Stopped by and got a estimate. Immediately there was upsell after my vehicle was on the rack. Ended up paying about 150 more than originally priced. Head technician was arrogant as the other posters had stated. Should have walked away but they already had my Jeep held hostage on the hoist.
I was in the market for a new muffler for my vehicle. Nothing really wrong with my mufflers on my vehicle. I just heard about Magnaflows and have had good experiences with one on my other vehicle. Found this place which was close to my home. Got to the location and asked for a estimate. Right off the bat the owner seemed to upsell. Said 300 for two mufflers. Wanted to upgrade my vehicle to either a flowmaster or magnaflow muffler for economy and sound. Took my first vehicle there. They showed me both mufflers and running on the vehicle but added upsell. First it was 145 dollars. Then it went to 220 dollars due to my muffler being a 3 port. Even with the upsell it was cheaper than others so I agreed.
