I never go to these used car emporiums however Power Motors had the exact car I’ve been searching for and decided to give them a shot. Ali is an awesome dude and does NOT pressure or harrass you to buy the car. He handed me the keys and answered every single question I asked. He’s a very nice guy. I’d go to him every day of the week if I needed another car.
BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ If I could’ve given 0 stars I would’ve. Customer service is trash! I use to sell cars years ago so I should’ve known better to even bother with these little side dealerships. I go in today to check in on my application and Abraham said oh we sold 2 cars yesterday so we didn’t have a chance to get to it. Mind you he said 2 cars! NOT 20! do not recommend very shady business practices. they sold my daughter a car with a fraudulent inspection, reported to police and found out they also falsified bill of sale to MVA
I went to Power Motors after getting a recommendation from the auto body shop where I had my car inspected and serviced. They actually called Power Motors for me and asked if they could squeeze me in to handle taxing, tagging, and titling my vehicle. Power Motors said I could bring it by immediately — so I did. As soon as I got there, they got to work and had me in and out in about 20 minutes with all the paperwork done and hard tags already on my car. Great service experience! Ali went above and beyond with my deal. This guy is very knowledgeable on cars and helped me tremendously on my BMW M5 F10 purchase. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase exotic and daily driver vehicles.
