Goods selection, good service, fair prices.
Over the years, I have had multiple transactions with power motors, mostly Ali; nothing short of excellent service. Flexible, honest and not pushy like most salespeople.
I never go to these used car emporiums however Power Motors had the exact car I’ve been searching for and decided to give them a shot. Ali is an awesome dude and does NOT pressure or harrass you to buy the car. He handed me the keys and answered every single question I asked. He’s a very nice guy. I’d go to him every day of the week if I needed another car.
BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ If I could’ve given 0 stars I would’ve. Customer service is trash! I use to sell cars years ago so I should’ve known better to even bother with these little side dealerships. I go in today to check in on my application and Abraham said oh we sold 2 cars yesterday so we didn’t have a chance to get to it. Mind you he said 2 cars! NOT 20! WTH is 2 cars?? 🤷♂️ I told them to just withdraw my application. I was approved for 2 major dealerships to get anything that I want off of their lot. And what I should’ve done w... read more
do not recommend very shady business practices. they sold my daughter a car with a fraudulent inspection, reported to police and found out they also falsified bill of sale to MVA
