I was hopeful when I approached Power Mobility for my wheelchair repair needs, given their reputation in the service industry. However, my experience has been less than satisfactory, particularly due to their lack of communication and organisation of replacement parts. First timer here. Contacted Power Mobility urgently hunting an Aspire Deluxe Walker/ Rollator for my elderly parent coming out of hospital.
