I am a support worker for a high needs client who is fully reliant on his Hoggi stroller to get anywhere. This broke and I called many providers, Power Mobility were so friendly and quick to help us problem solve this issue. The provided us with the option to come to the workshop to have a quick look to see if they could do a quick fix, or if they may need to organise a repair. Absolutely outstanding customer service from Rod and Andrew! They went above and beyond to help my husband and me with a wheel and bearing issue. We were travelling from Western Australia, and they kindly fixed it for us free of charge, which we were honestly blown away by.
