Just bought my son a car there about a month ago have me a 7 month warranty 3 days after purchase it needed 2tires, now it left my son sit and won't start, evidently there mechanic doesn't know to dam much that they put vehicles on there lot like this. Ready to notify channel 16, the Better Business bureau and a lawyer hope they rectify the situation correctly. Will not buy from here again a shoddy business in my opinion.
I want to start out this review by saying,they did "try" to help. Here's the story. I need a car for my job, and I've been driving a Grand Marquis for a while. It's a little pricey for what I'm paid, so I tried to get something a little easier on the gas but that wouldn't hurt my wallet on the total price of the vehicle as well. I recently bought a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse from here and had a great experience. The owner and one of the mechanics TAUGHT ME how to drive a manual transmission! Took me out in another vehicle until I felt comfortable enough behind the wheel to take my car home. To me that is going above and beyond just trying to make a sale! Highly recommend going here. I love my car.
absolutely awful! would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. they took advantage of me. they knowingly sold me a car with a bad engine so they wouldn't have to pay with the warranty. they told me they'd fix it before i took it home and they didn't. they dump all the cars that they screw up at a garage in shamokin and now i'm looking at a $500 bill. buyers beware.
Great dealership, they went out of their way to get me in a vehicle.
