You will not regret trying a workout at Power Kickboxing. When I started cardio kickboxing, I had no experience and Junko welcomed me and helped me to feel comfortable. The workout is intense but Junko is really good at modifying on an individual basis. I am not the most coordinated person and sometimes I get confused and I have to stop to regroup and I never feel like I'm being judged. There is so much positive energy in the room.
