Absolutely awesome service. Autumn was friendly and very proactive in updating me and providing a clear summary of the techs' findings and Power Kia's commitment to fixing things. And all under warranty. All around, an excellent experience. I would heartily recommend Power Kia both for their sales and service departments
There’s a reason why they have bad reviews!!! Stay away ordered the wrong parts several times several wasted trips from Portland! Rude customer service and people that stand around and do nothing! Do better Kia!
