The back and north sides of our house don't get any sun, and so we developed quite a mildew problem. I looked for local folks in our area on NextDoor, and found a few companies my neighbors had been happy with and called around for quotes. Power JetVac not only came in lower than others, but also included more. Their initial offer included not only the vinyl siding, but also the front walk, porch, and steps.
